About the assignment

Our client is an authority that works against discrimination and for equal rights and opportunities for all, regardless of discrimination grounds. Their vision is a society free from discrimination. They are in need of an HR specialist at their premises on Råsundavägen 18 in Solna. The work will be carried out independently and reported to the head of the HR section. This is a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia starting immediately until September 30, 2026, with a possibility of extension.

Your tasks

In the role of HR specialist, your primary tasks will involve being a professional support and working operationally in relation to managers in the HR field within recruitment. The position is placed in the unit for operational support, HR section.

Further tasks that may occur include the following:

  • be a professional support and work operationally in relation to managers in the HR field within recruitment

  • participate in the entire recruitment process from designing requirement profiles to making decisions on who has been hired

  • work both independently and together with colleagues in the section within areas such as competence supply, contract and salary-related issues based on our agreements

  • participate in other tasks occurring in the HR section such as contract administration and training

  • work with ongoing personnel administration

Your qualifications

  • university education, for example, in human resources or equivalent education and at least three years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent

  • knowledge of HR systems (for example, Heroma, Primula, among others)

  • knowledge of recruitment tools (for example, ReachMee, among others)

  • good knowledge of laws and regulations in the HR field

  • ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

  • good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing

Meritorious

  • academic degree from the HR program

  • current experience of working operationally with recruitment and competence-based recruitment

  • current experience of providing consultative support to managers in the recruitment process

  • current experience of providing consultative support to managers in various HR-related issues

  • ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new tasks within the HR field

  • ability to collaborate in a group and create good relationships with colleagues

  • ability to work independently and in a structured way

  • ability to instill trust and have high integrity in one's work

  • ability to be unpretentious and solution-oriented
